If you’re unfamiliar with this magical “M” word, Mindfulness has 3 core qualities:

~Setting the intention to cultivate awareness (and return to it again and again)
~Paying attention to what is occurring in the present moment (simply observing thoughts, feelings, sensations as they arise)
~Forming an attitude towards the world (and within) that is non-judgmental, curious, and kind
